What Is EvolveX? Understanding RF, EMS, Tite, Tone & Transform

EvolveX by InMode is a non-invasive, hands-free body treatment platform designed to address more than one layer of the body. Instead of relying on a single energy source, EvolveX offers three treatment technologies: Tite, Tone and Transform. Together, they allow treatment plans to focus on skin quality, body contour and muscle conditioning according to individual needs.

How does RF work in EvolveX?

Tite uses Bipolar Radiofrequency, or RF. RF energy produces controlled heating through the skin and subdermal tissue. InMode describes Tite as a customizable treatment designed to deliver uniform, volumetric heating and improve the appearance of the treated skin.

What does EMS do?

Tone uses Electrical Muscle Stimulation, or EMS, to create involuntary muscle contractions. These contractions target selected muscle groups and are intended to support muscle conditioning, strength and visible definition. EMS is therefore primarily the muscle-focused component of Evolve X.

What is Transform?

Transform combines Bipolar RF with EMS within the same treatment platform. RF provides controlled heating of dermal and adipose tissue, while EMS stimulates muscle contractions. This multi-layer approach is what distinguishes Transform from conventional single-modality EMS treatment.

Clinical studies of combined Bipolar RF and EMS have reported improvements in measures including abdominal circumference, soft-tissue thickness, patient satisfaction and body contour following a treatment series. Results vary between individuals, and EvolveX should not be considered a substitute for weight loss, exercise or surgery when clinically indicated.

At MEDILIV, EvolveX treatment is selected according to anatomy, tissue characteristics, muscle condition and individual goals rather than using one preset protocol for everyone. This allows Tite, Tone and Transform to be used individually or strategically combined
